SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 5, 2014

E3 International Corporation, a new partner in utility-scale solar power, announced today that its name has officially changed to DEPCOM Power, Inc. DEPCOM is an acronym for: Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations and Maintenance, which more accurately reflects the products and services that the company offers.

“DEPCOM Power is gaining momentum in the utility-scale solar PV market” reported CEO and founder, James R. Lamon. “Not only are our products and services showing high traction in the marketplace, we continue to gain positive feedback from customers as we evolve to meet their needs.”

The DEPCOM “Power Team” decided to rebrand the company to better capture the company’s core business, due in part to increased demand for development-type services from utilities, independent power producers, and project development companies.  “Our company has evolved quite a bit in the short time span we’ve been operating, and our new name reflects that evolution,” said Mr. Lamon.

Another reflection of that evolution is DEPCOM Power’s relocation to its new corporate headquarters, a larger facility in Scottsdale, AZ.  According to Mr. Lamon, “This marks a milestone in the company’s brief but rapidly-expanding business plan. The new space allows for much anticipated growth within the company in the coming months.”
