Overview
Texas

Located in the Texas Gulf Coast, the Longbow Energy Storage project showcases DEPCOM Power’s integrated capabilities across Battery EPC and Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) execution. With 350 MWh of installed capacity, the project utilizes CATL batteries, Ingeteam ISS-3930TL-HV-C650 inverters, and Fractal EMS to provide reliable, high-performance energy storage.

Longbow’s success was driven by early coordination between DEPCOM’s EPC and O&M teams, proactive technician training, and strategic planning to ensure a seamless transition from build to operations. The project achieved substantial completion on February 16, 2025, and LTSA services are currently active. Close collaboration with Tokyo Gas America was central to the project’s execution and long-term operational readiness.

Scope of Work:
  • EPC execution for a 350 MWh standalone battery energy storage system
  • Integrated LTSA services including technician onboarding and operational ramp-up
  • Deployment of CATL batteries, Ingeteam inverters, and Fractal EMS controls
  • Long-term performance support and asset management in partnership with Tokyo Gas America
