Overview
Texas

DEPCOM Power was selected to engineer and construct a 27 MW solar facility adjacent to the Flint Hills Resources refinery complex in Corpus Christi, Texas. The project is designed to supply electricity directly to the refinery, offsetting a portion of its energy use with reliable on-site solar generation.

As the EPC partner, DEPCOM is managed the full lifecycle of project execution—including engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction. Built on company-owned land near the refinery, the site maximizes land use efficiency and provides operational flexibility for the customer. This solar investment reflects a broader commitment to cost-effective, long-term energy strategies in industrial operations and highlights DEPCOM’s experience delivering utility-scale energy projects aligned with commercial and operational goals.

Scope of Work:
  • Turnkey EPC for a 27 MW solar facility serving industrial load
  • Site engineering and development on land adjacent to refinery infrastructure
  • Technology integration to maximize generation and operational reliability
  • Coordination with refinery operations for safe and efficient delivery
