DEPCOM Power was selected to engineer and construct a 45 MW solar facility for Pine Bend Refinery in Minnesota. Built to provide direct solar energy for refinery operations, this utility-scale installation represents a strategic investment in long-term energy cost savings and emissions reduction for a critical industrial asset.


DEPCOM managed all aspects of the project’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), including system design, technology selection, and full-site development. The installation uses high-efficiency solar modules and tracking technology to optimize output in the Upper Midwest climate.


Delivered in coordination with refinery operations - the project highlights DEPCOM’s ability to execute complex, site-specific energy solutions for industrial partners.
